We'd meet regularly and I'd hear the same frustrations: inconsistent information from different sources, no objective way to compare opportunities, and a process that felt overwhelming at every turn. This is one of the biggest decisions of his life — and it shouldn't be this hard.
That got me talking to others. Prospective franchisees going through the same thing. Brokers juggling hundreds of leads with no way to prioritize. Franchisors struggling to find candidates who actually fit. Everyone had real problems — and nobody had a tool built for all of them.
